1. GrandPrixGame security and card handling
Malaki Sporting Games operates the GrandPrixGame on the Internet utilising the highest levels of security. We are aware that this is a major issue for our customers and we take great care to ensure the safety of the information that they give us. Malaki Sporting Games is a licensed Pools Operator in the United Kingdom. Our address is on the contact us page, and we provide details there so that you can contact us if you have any further questions.

The GrandPrixGame transaction server is completely secure. You will notice a small padlock symbol at the bottom right of your screen when you access secure pages. This means you are on a "recognised as secure" website. All of our transactions use 128 SSL, this is a technology used to encode and secure information sent over the Internet, the encryption ensures that the data cannot be read or received by anyone that is not authorised to do so.

The credit card clearance and processing on our site utilises technologies developed and supplied by Metacharge , PAGO and Deutsche Bank.

As we do not insist players must deposit funds into an e-wallet, we need to ensure that the player is genuinely the cardholder and consequently a high level of checking is done. Sometimes, perfectly acceptable players may have transactions declined as the card checking applications may flag a transaction as being suspicious. This may happen for instance if you are using your card when you are overseas. We apologise for any inconvenience caused but trust you understand. If you do have payment problems when playing GrandPrixGame please contact your card provider for assistance.

If you have any questions regarding security or card processing services please go to the contact us page and send us your enquiry by email. We will endeavour to answer your questions and will always respond to you.

3. I am having trouble using my debit card, why is that?
Very recently, our credit card clearance and processing company Metacharge has moved its systems to process transactions through Deutsche Bank. Whilst this transition is ongoing and should be fully completed in the next week, until complete they are unable to offer card clearance for debit cards. This is beyond our control and we apologise for the inconvenience caused. When the transition is complete you will notice that the card types list, available on the Players Details page, will again allow debit cards to be chosen.

4. How do I play the GrandPrixGame at www.grandprixgame.com?
You must select which drivers will come 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th and 6th. To select the winning driver simply click on the image and the driver will automatically be placed in the 1st position. Then click on who you think will finish 2nd.

Continue choosing your drivers until you have filled all six positions, then click SAVE.

If you make a mistake, by clicking on UNDO you will clear your last chosen driver; by clicking on RESET you will clear the whole selection.

If you want to select another six drivers simply repeat the above!

When you have completed your selections click on SUMBIT. You will then be asked to complete the payment details. Note that we do not insist on enrolling or registering, although in the coming weeks players will be given the freedom to store their details (NOT CREDIT CARD DETAILS) for future plays.

As we do not store any of your payment details and because we do not ask you to enroll or register or deposit funds into an e-wallet, we need to ensure that you are the registered credit or debit cardholder each time you play. When you have completed the payment details please click OK. The transaction will be checked and if correct you will be issued with a unique REFERENCE NUMBER for each selection you have made.

The REFERENCE NUMBER is very important, as this is needed when you claim your prize. You will also need to remember the PIC you chose on the payments screen.

After the Grand Prix, if you have all six drivers correctly placed you have won!

To claim your prize simply go to the claims screen and enter your REFERENCE NUMBER and PIC for confirmation.
